Hello,

Your symptoms make me think of the following conditions:
1) olecranon or elbow bursitis
2) rheumatoid arthritis
3) gout or pseudo gout.

For appropriate treatment, an accurate diagnosis is a key. For this the following are important:
1) thorough clinical examination by the specialist
2) if the need arises, X-ray of both the involved joints 3) blood testing for rheumatoid factor, c-reactive protein, erythrocytes sedimentation rate (ESR).

So, it’s better if you see an orthopedic specialist and discuss the above issues. Please let me know if you need further assistance from my side.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi.m,
